You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product, provided it's in its original condition with all accessories.
How to return
Contact customer support and we'll arrange a free pickup. After inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Exceptions
Personal items (in-ear earphones, microphones) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
